Job Description:
What You Can Expect
As the Construction Management Advisor (CMA) in ENGIE, Distributed
Energy Solution (DES) you will oversee ENGIE's construction sites
and subcontractors, provide baseline/milestone/look-ahead schedule,
ensuring site safety practices, and uphold quality
assurance/control measures are provided for the installations.
These projects include, but are not limited to, a combination of
energy conservation measures (ECM) and renewable generation
projects such as Photovoltaic Solar, Battery Energy Storage
Solutions (BESS), high-efficiency HVAC, Energy Management Systems
(EMS), high-efficiency transformers, LED lighting, lighting control
systems. You will work closely with the Project Directors and
Managers during the project execution phase to lead all aspects of
delivering the project to our clients. This position is in
California and is field based role; you will be on site every day
during the construction period.

Compensation
Salary Range: $112,000 - $172,500 USD annually
This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified
candidate.
Actual offered salary may depend on geography, experience, industry
knowledge, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide
factors.

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a
competitive bonus / incentive plan.
